      Received his BA from the University of Maryland. He subsequently studied accounting at the University of Southern California, Long Beach. He has worked in and around real estate since the late 1990’s buying, renovating and selling properties. Fluent in English, German and Spanish, Simms also consults for international clients that have real estate and development projects inside and outside of the United States and in conjunction with construction management opportunities for SWBC.

  • Michael Farmer

    • CFO and Director of Domestic Operations - Michael Farmer

      Received an AA in Management Science, BS from the University of Maryland and then began a government career with the US Army Europe as a financial manager for its MWR business operations in Europe. Farmer later earned his MBA while attending Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland. Farmer is fluent in English & German and has a working knowledge of Spanish. He has been instrumental in installing financial controls, developing SWBC’s business plan and managing the company’s growth over the last four years.

    • Director of International Business Development – Cristian Toledo

      Receive his Engineering degree from the Universidad de La Frontera, Temuco, Chile. Subsequently he received an MSc in Technology Management at the Universidad de Talca, Santiago, Chile. He has worked in project management in technology transfer and continuous innovation procedures for several universities and companies in Chile. Fluent in Spanish and English, he also has been manager of a Business Incubator and also the partner in three companies in the communications, technology transfer and printing industries.
